Return & Refund Policy

At Label & Luxury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or face any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange as per your request. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
