Shipping Policy

At Label & Luxury, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered on time. All confirmed orders are shipped within 48–72 working hours once stitching/customization (if applicable) is completed. Standard delivery timelines are 10–15 working days depending on your location. For imported items, western wear, and jewelry, delivery takes approximately 6–8 working days post-shipping. Please note that all deliveries are scheduled on working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances, but we always aim to keep you updated on the status of your order
